Today!

Today I talked with a long life friend, that I do not talk to as much as I should, she is such an inspiration to me, she always makes me think that I can do anything I make my mind up to do! Thanks Friend!
This afternoon I baby set my two youngest grandchildren and one was sick, so I got lots and lots of hugs and love, I just hope I do not get sick! I love all my grandchildren very much and also my children and my one great!
It is funny how life can change in the blink of the eye, having disaster change into something positive. I know that life is short and to let the petty little thing and the giant big things that try and tear you down is not worth the effort of worrying about, but we all do it from time to time, then we get our heads back on and for awhile have to great positive outlook, until the next disaster takes place, and that is the roller coaster of life.

Life in the Fast Lane

Like Forest Gump said life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you are going to get. That is so true. If you could really go back and do things over, just what would you do over? I think that there is alot I would change, but really, would it make things better or worse?

It has been a few weeks since I last wrote in this blog, things around here have a way of changing in a whirlwind of speed.

I am getting along with people that I thought would be impossible just a couple of weeks ago!

I have started exercising, also working hard to try and lose weight so that I can be healthier.

Sometimes it take a crisis to turn things around in your life.

It all started about three years ago, when we purchased some land and sold our house to build another one, well, it did not happen, we ended up losing everything! Our house, our land, due to a injury to my husband at work. Retirement plans gone, everything gone! But we have been making the best of it. With a little help from our wonderful sons!

In the past few weeks I have decided that we have gone down as far as we can and now it is time to start going back up! I know that with a positive attitude and the Lord we can make some sort of a come back, it might not be what we had planned before, but it will be what we need!
